WE THE PEOPLE of the United States in Order to form a more perfect Union, to establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

So reads the first paragraph of the Constition for the United States of America. A bold statement" promote the general welfare. It should be assumed that congress is therefore duty bound to address our health care crisis. 

It must also be assumed that we the people, should be aware of what our employees in congress are doing for us.

This section is dedicated to the research of health care legislation, and what it means to the common man.

If your congressman/woman are not being responsive to your health care needs, we urge you to write them to inform them of your concerns.

If you write, and they are unreponsive, remember to assist in firing them on election day.

It is time to start a grassroots effort to protect our rights to get proper health care. Proper health care included: preventative medicine/tests, proper money being allotted to research, and regulation to control cost.

President Obama said: "Our destiny is not planned for us, but by us."
